Service
The Website Bakeshop provides beautiful 1-page website designs using WordPress. We offer limited web design consultations to our clients and website building services. We are not a hosting company and do not provide web hosting services.
Payments & Purchasing
Customers may purchase our services through this website (websitebakeshop.com) via PayPal. A PayPal account in not required. Prices are in Canadian (CDN dollars). Full payment is required for service delivery.
Liability
Website Bakeshop does not provide web hosting services. From time to time, websites may malfunction or crash due to a variety of causes or circumstances. We are not liable for your website malfunctions or crashes as we do not provide facilities to host websites.
Use of Third Party Services
To provide our services, we use platforms and software provided by 3rd parties – we do not create or have control over these platforms and as such are not liable for changes or failures of these services.This also applies to plugins or other website related products we may provide or recommend on our site.
Post-Build Support
Websites require regular maintenance to ensure they are functioning well. We can provide website maintenance services to our customers after their site is delivered. This service would come under a separate agreement and would be negotiated separately.
